이 약관은 Lexibeom 한국어(이하 "앱")가 제공하는 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

2. 서비스 설명

앱은 다음 서비스를 제공합니다:

• OCR 기반 한국어 텍스트 추출 및 분석
• AI 기반 맞춤형 한국어 학습 (6단계 대화형 학습)
• 단어 카드 생성 및 관리
• 학습 진행 추적 및 복습 관리
• 음성 입력 및 텍스트 음성 변환(TTS)

3. 이용자의 의무

• 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드하지 않아야 합니다.
• 앱을 불법적인 목적으로 사용하지 않아야 합니다.
• 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
• 다른 사용자의 서비스 이용을 방해하지 않아야 합니다.

4. AI 서비스 이용

• AI 학습 기능은 제3자 AI 서비스(Google Gemini, Groq)를 활용합니다.
• AI 생성 콘텐츠는 참고용이며, 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
• AI 서비스 사용에 대한 동의는 앱 내에서 별도로 받습니다.
• AI 서비스 제공자의 정책 변경에 따라 기능이 변경될 수 있습니다.

5. 지적재산권

• 앱의 디자인, 코드, 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 운영자에게 있습니다.
• 사용자가 생성한 학습 카드의 저작권은 사용자에게 있습니다.
• 사용자가 업로드한 텍스트의 원본 저작권은 해당 저작권자에게 있습니다.

6. 서비스 변경 및 중단

• 운영자는 서비스 개선을 위해 사전 고지 후 서비스 내용을 변경할 수 있습니다.
• 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력의 경우 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
• 유료 서비스의 중요 변경 시 최소 30일 전 고지합니다.

7. 면책 조항

• AI 생성 콘텐츠의 정확성에 대한 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 사용자 간 분쟁에 대해 운영자는 개입하지 않습니다.
• 외부 서비스(AI, 클라우드) 장애로 인한 서비스 중단에 대한 책임을 제한합니다.

8. 구독 조건

Lexibeom는 다음과 같은 자동 갱신 구독을 제공합니다:

• Lexibeom Plus 월간: $4.99/월
• Lexibeom Plus 연간: $39.99/년
• Lexibeom Pro 월간: $12.99/월
• Lexibeom Pro 연간: $99.99/년

결제는 구매 확인 시 Apple ID 계정으로 청구됩니다. 구독은 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전까지 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 갱신 요금은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 이내에 청구됩니다. 구독은 구매 후 Apple ID 계정 설정에서 관리 및 취소할 수 있습니다. 무료 체험 기간의 미사용 부분은 구독 구매 시 소멸됩니다.

9. 약관 변경

약관 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 최소 7일 전 고지합니다. 중요 변경의 경우 30일 전 고지하며, 변경 후 계속 사용 시 동의로 간주합니다.

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using Lexibeom Korean ("the App"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the operator.

2. Service Description

The App provides the following services:

• OCR-based Korean text extraction and analysis
• AI-powered personalized Korean learning (6-stage conversational learning)
• Vocabulary card creation and management
• Learning progress tracking and review scheduling
• Voice input and text-to-speech (TTS)

3. User Obligations

• Users must not upload content that infringes on others' copyrights.
• Users must not use the App for illegal purposes.
• Users must keep their account information secure.
• Users must not interfere with other users' use of the service.

4. AI Service Usage

• AI learning features utilize third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Groq).
• AI-generated content is for reference only; accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Separate consent is obtained within the App for AI service usage.
• Features may change due to AI service provider policy changes.

5. Intellectual Property

• Copyright for the App's design, code, and content belongs to the operator.
• Copyright for vocabulary cards created by users belongs to the users.
• Original copyright of uploaded text belongs to the respective copyright holders.

6. Service Changes and Interruptions

• The operator may modify the service with prior notice for improvement.
• Service may be temporarily suspended due to force majeure or system failures.
• Major changes to paid services will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

7. Disclaimer

• We are not legally liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
• The operator does not intervene in disputes between users.
• Liability for service interruptions due to external services (AI, cloud) is limited.

8. Subscription Terms

Lexibeom offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Lexibeom Plus Monthly: $4.99/month
• Lexibeom Plus Yearly: $39.99/year
• Lexibeom Pro Monthly: $12.99/month
• Lexibeom Pro Yearly: $99.99/year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges are billed within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

Changes to these terms will be notified at least 7 days in advance via in-app notice or email. Significant changes require 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. 条款变更

条款变更将通过应用内通知或电子邮件提前至少7天告知。重大变更需提前30天通知。变更后继续使用即视为同意。
